What it’s Like to Work with Me

Deciding to seek sleep support is a big step, and I want you to know exactly what to expect. When you work with me, you’re not just getting a plan — you’re getting guidance, care, and a personalised process designed for your family. Here’s exactly what the process looks like.

Step 1: Book Your Free Sleep Assessment Call

This first chat is all about getting to know you and your little one/s. We’ll talk through your child’s sleep, your biggest challenges, and what’s been working (or not working) so far. I’ll answer any questions you have and together we’ll figure out which package is the best fit for your family.

Once you decide on your package, that’s where the journey truly begins — and where I start building a personalised plan designed just for you and your family.

Step 2: Share Your Story

You’ll be sent an Intake Questionnaire where you can tell me all about your little one/s — their sleep habits, daily routine, feeding, temperament, health, and anything else that matters. This is where I get a complete picture of what’s going on.

Step 3: Personalised Assessment

I take time to carefully review everything you’ve shared. I don’t just look at sleep alone — I consider:

  • Sleep environment

  • Daily routines & timing

  • Feeding

  • Developmental stages

  • Family dynamics

  • Sleep associations

This holistic approach means I can pinpoint what’s really happening beneath the surface.

Step 4: Your Tailored Sleep Plan

This is where the magic (and the hard work!) happens. Your plan is completely personalised — never a generic PDF. It takes up to 5 business days to create, because I:

  • Analyse your child’s unique situation

  • Build strategies that fit your parenting style

  • Include flexible options for when things don’t go to plan

  • Create a clear, step-by-step roadmap so you feel confident moving forward

A sleep plan created with genuine care, expertise, and strategies that are designed to work for your child and your family. Because there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to sleep — and your little one deserves better than a quick fix.

Once your plan is ready, we’ll connect for your consultation. This is where I walk you through everything, answer your questions, and make sure you feel supported and prepared. Depending on your package, you’ll also have follow-up support as you put the plan into action.

Step 5: Support Along the Way

My role doesn’t end when you receive your plan — that’s just the beginning. For the next two weeks, you’ll complete daily sleep logs in real time, so I can see exactly how things are going and make adjustments if needed. We’ll stay connected through follow-up calls to talk through wins, challenges, and next steps, plus ongoing email support so you never feel alone in the process.

This hands-on support means you’ll always have guidance, encouragement, and troubleshooting help right when you need it.
